How to delete your account

1. By email: Send a deletion request from your account email to rishabharya32@gmail.com with the subject “Impact account deletion request”. We will process verified requests within 30 days.
2. In the app: Sign in to Impact, open your profile / Teach Twin settings, and use account deletion if available, or email us from the signed-in account address.

Data that will be deleted

• Your account (email and Google sign-in identifier)
• Teach Twin / Life Graph profile data
• Travel, career, and goals intake data you saved
• LinkedIn connection data (if connected)
• Personalized impact feed cards generated for you
• Push notification tokens associated with your account

Data retention

After deletion, we remove your personal data from active systems promptly. Encrypted backups and security logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then permanently deleted.
